I am originally from North Carolina (Fayetteville) but truly consider Wilmington my home since I have lived the longest Wilmington NC at any given time. If you are someone who is visiting from out of town and want to be in the heart of everything this would be the perfect place to reserve. Two minutes' walk to anything and everything and although the beach is about 15-20 minutes away depending on which beach you go to its worth it for the location. The only thing would say is be prepared. As at night on the weekends, it is lively and for some time you can hear music from bars and clubs nearby. But don't worry the city shuts down (or that's what it feels like) around 2am. The home felt soundproof so the only noise I did hear was the sound reflecting bouncing off the front window. Home was clean. Shower felt fantastic and the vibe of the whole home was beautiful. Seeing that Lauryn Hill vinyl being in the front of the list of one's available was a nice tough. Stellar artist!

Truly one of the best AirBnBs I've visited. Location is everything, and the shops and eateries are easily walkable while still staying on a quiet street. The apartment is *beautifully* appointed with amenities (from espresso to beach towels) and really really clean. She sent us a few short check-in messages, and was overall helpful without being intrusive. I will absolutely try to stay here again on my next trip through Wilmington!

This is a perfect place to stay to explore downtown Wilmington. A quick walk to the Riverfront while also a peaceful retreat after a busy day of exploring. It’s a beautiful home and Paula was so kind in providing recommendations ahead of the stay.

I stayed at Paula‘s place with my daughters and my grandson. We absolutely loved the decor. It was warm, inviting and felt like home. Paula was very responsive and helpful. Next time I’m in Wilmington I would love to stay here again or possibly check out one of Paula’s other listings, beautiful, inspirational interior decor. Highly recommend!! Paula had everything we needed for the beach from chairs to towels to a cooler and beach umbrella. Cannot say enough, kind things about our stay at Paula’s place.

What a beautiful place! Gorgeously turned out, super clean, very very comfy beds! Deluxe coffee/tea bar and wonderful art. Centrally located for river walk, shops and tons of restaurants- just perfect! Wish we could have stayed longer- highly recommended- just delightful.

Paula’s place is incredible. At least 6 stars! All of the descriptions are accurate and then some. Words cannot describe how special this place is. Her taste is exceptional and the bungalow is a luxurious, comfortable, impeccable retreat.

Our stay in Wilmington was incredible. The house was impeccably clean and nicely furnished. Paula was great at communicating and answered queries promptly. If we return to Wilmington for another vacation, we would stay here again!

This place was very clean, in the center and walkable throughout the historic area. Many restaurants were nearby. It was beautifully furnished with many extras not usually seen in a condo. I did not find it very noisy though the floors of the old warehouse creaked when people were walking upstairs. I definitely would recommend it and would stay here again.

Staying at Paula’s apartment was a wonderful experience. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space, and the peacock theme gave it a unique, elegant character. The high ceilings and luxurious feel made the apartment especially enjoyable. One of my favorite parts was the back porch view of the One Tree Hill bridge, which was such a nice touch. The location was also convenient, about an 18 to 20 minute walk to downtown. Paula was great throughout the stay. She was responsive, helpful, and gave excellent recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again.

Our stay was great and Paula was always very responsive when questions were asked. The place was spotless and nicely decorated. Plenty of room and 3 blocks from Front Street, the river walk and restaurants.
